Two issues of Scottish Literary Review – essential reading for anyone interested in Scottish literature and literary culture;


one issue of Scottish Language – in-depth studies of Scottish languages and dialects, past and present;


the ASLS Annual Volume – each year a different work of major importance, written by a leading expert. Previous Annual Volumes have included The Poems of William Dunbar and Sorley MacLean’s Dàin do Eimhir – both of which won Saltire Society/National Library of Scotland Research Book of the Year awards (1999 and 2002);


and one issue of New Writing Scotland – never-before published poetry and prose from both emerging and established writers.
